It was not until he reached his early 40s that he took a pivotal step by founding the RES-Q nonprofit organization. His journey exemplifies the concept that every great endeavor begins with a single idea. Through perseverance and dedication, Jacob not only refined his culinary skills but also transformed his passion into a meaningful initiative that aims to make a difference in the community.
